A complete lack of understanding of UX and time/task efficiency. I can just imagine the advice from the Evernote loyalists - "Just open up the web app and do it there!" - yeah. So the opportunity is lost.Ĭurrently it's been over 10 minutes and my latest web clip has not shown up in desktop. What's a guy to do? Amending a tag is a small thing, not worth my mental bandwidth to keep in mind. Since that is not a feature, I went back to desktop and found I could not manually refresh to see my new clip and amend the tag while it was still fresh in my mind. Because another of their flaws is with the web clipper - when I save a clip and then notice I used a wrong tag or remember I want to add another - I should be able to do that from the clipper interface that is still open in front of me. Evernote has consistently made bad UX decisions again and again in the 13 years I've used it.I also just updated to v10 after sticking with legacy for several years (tried upgrades several times, always went back because these people just make bad decisions).I found this thread because of the missing "refresh" button.
